RaidRunner Terms of Service
Last Updated: June 24, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RaidRunner, a scheduling tool for Twitch raid trains operated by Squidcode LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using RaidRunner — including through an AI connector such as ChatGPT or Claude — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The Service
RaidRunner lets streamers organize and join "raid trains" — back-to-back stream relay events — by creating events, claiming time slots, joining waitlists, and trading slots. Features may change, and we may add, modify, or remove functionality over time.
3. Accounts
You sign in with your Twitch account. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your Twitch credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to use Twitch in your jurisdiction.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use RaidRunner for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose.
- Attempt to access another user's account or private data.
- Disrupt, overload, scrape, or attempt to circumvent the security of the service or its API.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.
5. AI Connectors
RaidRunner offers an optional MCP connector that lets an AI assistant act on your behalf. By connecting it you authorize the assistant to read and manage your own RaidRunner data using an access token scoped to your account. You are responsible for actions taken through the connector (for example, claiming or releasing a slot, or sending a trade request). You may revoke the connection at any time. Your use of the AI client itself is governed by that provider's terms.
6. Your Content
You retain ownership of the events, schedules, and other content you create. You grant us the license necessary to host and display that content as part of operating the service (including showing public event lineups). You are responsible for the content you create and for ensuring you have the rights to it.
7. Third-Party Services
RaidRunner integrates with third-party services such as Twitch and Discord, and with AI clients you choose to connect. We are not responsible for those services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.
8. Disclaimers
RaidRunner is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that schedules and data will always be accurate.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Squidcode LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the service.
10. Termination
You may stop using RaidRunner and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service and its users.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
