RaidRunner Privacy Policy
Last Updated: June 24, 2026
1. Introduction
RaidRunner ("RaidRunner", "we", "us") is a scheduling tool for Twitch "raid trains" — back-to-back stream relay events. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. RaidRunner is operated by Squidcode LLC. By creating an account or using RaidRunner (including through an AI connector such as ChatGPT or Claude), you agree to this policy.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only what is needed to run the service:
- Twitch account info (via Twitch OAuth) — your username, display name, profile image, Twitch user id, timezone, and, if you grant it, your email address.
- Event & schedule data you create — events you organize or perform in, your claimed slots, waitlist entries, slot-trade requests, and related notifications.
- Connected integrations — if you connect Discord or an AI connector, we store the identifiers needed to operate that integration (e.g. Discord server id, OAuth client registration, and connector authorization tokens).
- Basic usage analytics — privacy-friendly, aggregate page analytics; we do not sell this data.
Information We Do NOT Collect
- Your Twitch password (authentication is handled by Twitch).
- Payment or financial information (RaidRunner does not process payments).
- Sensitive personal data such as health information.
3. AI Connectors (ChatGPT / Claude / MCP)
RaidRunner offers an optional Model Context Protocol (MCP) connector so you can manage your own raid-train schedule from an AI assistant. When you connect it:
- You authorize the connection through OAuth 2.0 with PKCE. We issue a short-lived access token that is scoped to your own account and bound to the connector.
- The assistant can read and manage only your own RaidRunner data (your events, slots, trades, and notifications) plus information that is already public on RaidRunner (such as an event's public lineup). It cannot access another user's private data.
- We do not sell your data or share it with third parties beyond the AI client you choose to connect. Data you send to that AI assistant is also subject to the AI provider's own privacy policy.
- You can revoke the connection at any time from your AI client (or by contacting us), which invalidates the connector's access.
4. How We Use Your Information
- To provide the service: schedules, slots, waitlists, trades, and notifications.
- To display your public profile and the public lineups of events you take part in.
- To operate integrations you enable (Discord sync, AI connectors).
- To keep the service secure and to debug and improve it.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. Information is shared only as follows: public event lineups (event titles, times, and the usernames of performers) are visible to anyone on RaidRunner; integrations you enable receive the data needed to function (e.g. Discord, the AI connector you authorize); and service providers that host our infrastructure process data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards. We may disclose information if required by law.
6. Data Storage and Security
- Encrypted connections (HTTPS) and encrypted database connections.
- OAuth refresh tokens and authorization codes are stored hashed, never in plaintext.
- Access controls limiting who can view stored data.
7. Data Retention
We retain your account and schedule data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your data by removing events/slots, disconnecting integrations, or deleting your account, after which we delete or anonymize the associated data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to comply with legal obligations.
8. Your Rights and Choices
- Access and update your profile and schedule data from your RaidRunner account.
- Disconnect any integration (Discord, AI connector) at any time.
- Request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
9. Children's Privacy
RaidRunner is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date above.
